When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ermis Zacharatos made a kick off. Wladyslaw Brudzisz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stathis Kontis in the 52nd minute of play. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in PAOK FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! In the 94th minute, Stathis Kontis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wladyslaw Brudzisz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chatziioannou Karathanos's shot from short distance in the 97th minute.
