In the 9th minute Petri Suutarinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuisma Puutio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes, Niilo Eklund made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Kurdakan's Hemminki Kultanen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ilari Torkki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Kuisma Puutio made a huge save. Petri Suutarinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pirkka Holttinen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaakkima Rinne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Hemminki Kultanen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Taito Sihvonen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kurdakan and the Honkimaa F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kurdakan's Taito Sihvonen got a free kick in the 27th minute. Miro Nikko kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Ilari Torkki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kuisma Puutio. Honkimaa F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ilari Torkki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petri Suutarinen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kuisma Puutio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petri Suutarinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Jaakkima Rinne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Hemminki Kultanen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Kurdakan getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Taisto Johansson hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niilo Eklund in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hemminki Kultanen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kuisma Puutio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Kunnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Niilo Eklund made a precise shot to the right of Hemminki Kultanen. Kurdakan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Kuisma Puutio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilari Torkki in the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Honkimaa F.C getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eljas Kauppinen hit a great ball. Hemminki Kultanen was a little too slow when Niilo Eklund got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 1-4. Kurdakan's Hemminki Kultanen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Kurdakan from getting a goal against them. After 84 played minutes Honkimaa F.C got a freekick which was hit by Tony Ikola. Niko Söderström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Honkimaa F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kurdakan.
