Anttoni Wesslin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olof Ekman's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Kortjärvi IFK's Fermín Salan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Nyyssönen in the 60th minute of play. Kortjärvi IFK's Fermín Salan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Kortjärvi IFK from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute, Olof Ekman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anttoni Wesslin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olof Ekman in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Kaleva Rovio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fermín Salan. Olof Ekman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anttoni Wesslin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Sauberkat's zone, Olof Ekman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anttoni Wesslin came out of the goal and Olof Ekman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The FC Sauberkat players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
