Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kristian Alin took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rita's zone, Kristian Alin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sampo Hytönen came out of the goal and Kristian Alin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sampo Hytönen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Topias Meriläinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute Eerik Raninen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juha-Pekka Esala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Topias Meriläinen in the 13th minute of play forced Rita's goalkeeper Sampo Hytönen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antti Arkivuo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Rita's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Alin came free, but Sampo Hytönen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Mämmenkylä IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Antti Arkivuo came free, but Juha-Pekka Esala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 61 minutes, Topias Meriläinen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mämmenkylä IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Topias Meriläinen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Rita getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Eero Uusitalo hit a great ball. Topias Meriläinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute Eerik Raninen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juha-Pekka Esala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, August Kantola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mämmenkylä IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rita the free kick. Kristian Alin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rita fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mämmenkylä IFK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
