Spectators: 6750 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ossian Kaltiainen started the match with the kick off. The supporters of F.C TURKEY booed when Syrjäntaka FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskari Kallio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torsti Koivuranta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskari Kallio in the 9th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Kaj Veikkanen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Syrjäntaka FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaj Veikkanen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsti Koivuranta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kustaa Raita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torsti Koivuranta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Untamo Kyrönlahti fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 18th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Einari Virtala blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torsti Koivuranta having to make a save. Einari Virtala charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Einari Virtala the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Einari Virtala hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Tauno Hytönen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsti Koivuranta having to interfere. Kaj Veikkanen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torsti Koivuranta having to interfere. Einari Virtala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 35 minutes into the match, F.C TURKEY's goal looked a bit too open when Kaj Veikkanen came free, but Torsti Koivuranta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, F.C TURKEY's Untamo Kyrönlahti got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 42 minutes, Einari Virtala made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. F.C TURKEY's Torsti Koivuranta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Torsti Koivuranta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einari Virtala in the 46th minute of play. If Kaj Veikkanen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Syrjäntaka FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Einari Virtala to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Back in the 56th minute of play forced F.C TURKEY's goalkeeper Torsti Koivuranta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. F.C TURKEY's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Kaj Veikkanen scored to the left of an out of position Torsti Koivuranta, making the score, 0-2. Tomi Seikola kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 71st match minute, Syrjäntaka FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskari Kallio to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Kaj Veikkanen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Syrjäntaka FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaj Veikkanen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsti Koivuranta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Einari Virtala's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Kaj Veikkanen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Torsti Koivuranta. That made the score 0-3 in the 85 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Einari Virtala in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torsti Koivuranta saved F.C TURKEY from getting behind. 92 minutes into the match, Syrjäntaka FC's Kaj Veikkanen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Torsti Koivuranta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Einari Virtala made a precise shot to the right of Torsti Koivuranta. F.C TURKEY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Syrjäntaka FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
