Spectators: 7545 (Terracing: 5660, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) BullFrogs FC's Rami Aalto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rami Aalto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uljas Rantamäki having to interfere. Uljas Rantamäki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kustavi Mäntylä in the 7th minute of play. Eerik Leinonen struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Uku Pere didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hiu IFK. Kullervo Kultti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th minute of the match Teemu Tarvajärvi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Uljas Rantamäki skillfully saved the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anton Laaksonen during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of BullFrogs FC booed when Hiu IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Laaksonen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uljas Rantamäki stood somewhat misplaced when Kustavi Mäntylä came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 29 minute. If Rami Aalto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Hiu IFK's Uljas Rantamäki got control of the ball when Kustavi Mäntylä tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uljas Rantamäki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rami Aalto in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Rami Aalto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kustavi Mäntylä sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ari Vapamaa during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to BullFrogs FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ari Vapamaa hit a great ball.

Uljas Rantamäki came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by BullFrogs FC's Kustavi Mäntylä. But to his dismay, Kustavi Mäntylä quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The audience was convinced that Kustavi Mäntylä's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uljas Rantamäki was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Aulis Andersson hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Rami Aalto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Uljas Rantamäki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kustavi Mäntylä recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rami Aalto couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the BullFrogs FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
