Spectators: 6783 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vilho Rintala kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Nättäri Sports's Joona Wallenius got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute of the match fc yliutos got a corner. Nättäri Sports's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pellervo Lahtinen ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Pauli Markkula advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-0 in the 6th minute. Visa Pihkala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilho Rintala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Nättäri Sports booed when fc yliutos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elmer Lindfors didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, fc yliutos's Pauli Markkula got a free kick in the 14th minute. Ale Hirvonen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 15th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Aappo Kuivalainen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joni Viitanen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pietari Wesslin having to make a save. Pietari Wesslin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aappo Kuivalainen went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Joni Viitanen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pietari Wesslin having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, fc yliutos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elmer Lindfors to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Vilho Rintala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nättäri Sports fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to Nättäri Sports getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Miska Seppo hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, fc yliutos's Aappo Kuivalainen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pietari Wesslin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joni Viitanen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joni Viitanen to make the kick off. Aappo Kuivalainen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Pietari Wesslin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Nättäri Sports's zone, Aappo Kuivalainen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pietari Wesslin came out of the goal and Aappo Kuivalainen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aappo Kuivalainen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pietari Wesslin having to interfere. Nättäri Sports's Vilho Rintala got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 64 minutes, Kuisma Saastamoinen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nättäri Sports's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kuisma Saastamoinen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. fc yliutos's Visa Pihkala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilho Rintala in the 66th minute of play. If Kuisma Saastamoinen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pietari Wesslin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aappo Kuivalainen in the 77th minute of the match. Aappo Kuivalainen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Pietari Wesslin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heikki Salomaa kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. If Vilho Rintala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Visa Pihkala made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kuisma Saastamoinen in the 89th minute. If Kuisma Saastamoinen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aappo Kuivalainen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pietari Wesslin having to interfere. fc yliutos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
