A collision led to Nättäri Sports getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ale Hirvonen hit a great ball. Heikki Siponen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pietari Wesslin having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Kaarle Berg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nättäri Sports's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fesbra FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Nättäri Sports:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fesbra FC:s goal. Aatami Ahola shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Pietari Wesslin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Ikola, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Vilho Rintala took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Mika Palander to make any attempt to save it. Kuisma Saastamoinen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Mika Palander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Heikki Siponen in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pietari Wesslin saved Nättäri Sports from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marko Ikola in the 37th minute of play forced Nättäri Sports's goalkeeper Pietari Wesslin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heikki Siponen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pietari Wesslin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Nättäri Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Heikki Siponen came free, but Pietari Wesslin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Heikki Siponen made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Kuisma Saastamoinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mika Palander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mika Palander came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Nättäri Sports's Kuisma Saastamoinen. But to his dismay, Kuisma Saastamoinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Nättäri Sports's Vilho Rintala got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Nättäri Sports's zone, Heikki Siponen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pietari Wesslin came out of the goal and Heikki Siponen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the match, Fesbra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kuisma Saastamoinen came free, but Mika Palander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kuisma Saastamoinen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Mika Palander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaro Saastamoinen hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Pietari Rauvola in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pietari Wesslin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Marko Ikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Fesbra FC's Pietari Wesslin threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Heikki Siponen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Marko Ikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heikki Siponen struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Pietari Wesslin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fesbra FC. Nättäri Sports's Ale Hirvonen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fesbra FC. Mika Palander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilho Rintala in the 98th minute of the match. Nättäri Sports's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
