Miska Seppo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Rikhard Koivuporras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pietari Wesslin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilho Rintala struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Juhani Hirvonen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nättäri Sports. hovsala bk's Juhani Hirvonen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save hovsala bk from getting a goal against them. Nättäri Sports's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ali Halminen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Halminen to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Nättäri Sports's Miska Seppo got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute of the match August Könönen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pietari Wesslin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ali Halminen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rikhard Koivuporras couldn't finish the play. Pietari Wesslin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Halminen in the 76th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kuisma Saastamoinen in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juhani Hirvonen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rikhard Koivuporras got free with Pietari Wesslin in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juhani Hirvonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuisma Saastamoinen in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute Ali Halminen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pietari Wesslin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Halminen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joona Wallenius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juhani Hirvonen having to interfere.
