Spectators: 6791 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1791, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joni Viitanen kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Teemu Hartikainen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Marko Ikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Heikki Siponen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fesbra FC's Marko Ikola got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heikki Siponen in the 13th minute of play forced fc yliutos's goalkeeper Visa Pihkala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pauli Markkula's late challenge caught a Fesbra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pauli Markkula helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heikki Siponen in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Visa Pihkala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, fc yliutos's goal looked a bit too open when Heikki Siponen came free, but Visa Pihkala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fesbra FC's Mika Palander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joni Viitanen in the 19th minute of play. Aappo Kuivalainen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mika Palander firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of fc yliutos booed when Fesbra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaro Saastamoinen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mika Palander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joni Viitanen in the 25th minute of play. If Aappo Kuivalainen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Heikki Siponen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Visa Pihkala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heikki Siponen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, fc yliutos's goal looked a bit too open when Heikki Siponen came free, but Visa Pihkala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 played minutes fc yliutos got a freekick which was hit by Pauli Markkula. Marko Ikola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Visa Pihkala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marko Ikola in the 40th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Visa Pihkala made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Marko Ikola sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, fc yliutos's Aleksi Selänne got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Heikki Siponen struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Visa Pihkala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fesbra FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aleksi Selänne during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aleksi Selänne hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Fesbra FC's Heikki Siponen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Visa Pihkala. That made the score 0-1 after 55 minutes of play. Pietari Rauvola hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Heikki Siponen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heikki Siponen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fesbra FC's Marko Ikola got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aappo Kuivalainen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Mika Palander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Fesbra FC's Pietari Rauvola got a free kick in the 77th minute. Heikki Siponen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Visa Pihkala having to interfere. Visa Pihkala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heikki Siponen in the 84th minute of the match. If Aappo Kuivalainen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marko Ikola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90 played minutes fc yliutos got a freekick which was hit by Elmer Lindfors. If Marko Ikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fesbra FC played a much better game than fc yliutos and deserved their victory. The fc yliutos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
