Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joni Viitanen kicked off to start the match. Pietari Wesslin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joni Viitanen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the game, Joni Viitanen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Pietari Wesslin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 10th minute Vilho Rintala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Visa Pihkala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kuisma Saastamoinen got free with Visa Pihkala in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute, Kai Lumme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, fc yliutos's Pauli Markkula got a free kick in the 15th minute. Vilho Rintala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Visa Pihkala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, fc yliutos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elmer Lindfors to maneuver through the defense. If Vilho Rintala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kuisma Saastamoinen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Visa Pihkala read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Kuisma Saastamoinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Visa Pihkala having to interfere. With a little luck, fc yliutos's Visa Pihkala got control of the ball when Kuisma Saastamoinen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kuisma Saastamoinen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Visa Pihkala made a huge save. Kuisma Saastamoinen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 47th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Visa Pihkala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilho Rintala in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Vilho Rintala made the kick off in the second half. Nättäri Sports's Kuisma Saastamoinen got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vilho Rintala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Visa Pihkala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilho Rintala in the 57th minute of play forced fc yliutos's goalkeeper Visa Pihkala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Aappo Kuivalainen managed to get in a good position for a shot. fc yliutos's supporters rose to their feet, but Aappo Kuivalainen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pietari Wesslin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kuisma Saastamoinen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vilho Rintala struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Visa Pihkala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nättäri Sports. Vilho Rintala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Visa Pihkala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pauli Markkula charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pauli Markkula the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, fc yliutos's Pauli Markkula got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 81st minute, Vilho Rintala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nättäri Sports fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Joni Viitanen came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the fc yliutos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joni Viitanen couldn't finish the play. Vilho Rintala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Visa Pihkala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Nättäri Sports booed when fc yliutos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elmer Lindfors didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kuisma Saastamoinen in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Visa Pihkala saved fc yliutos from getting behind. In the 93rd minute, Joni Viitanen fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 94 played minutes Nättäri Sports got a freekick which was hit by Ale Hirvonen. 98 minutes into the match, Nättäri Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Joni Viitanen came free, but Pietari Wesslin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nättäri Sports were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
