Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paavo Vuori kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Mikola FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Akseli Hotakainen hit a great ball. Petteri Laatikainen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Valto Räsänen made a huge save. Petteri Laatikainen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Valto Räsänen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petteri Laatikainen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valto Räsänen having to interfere. Mikola FC's Lauri Ylimäki got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lauri Ylimäki struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Valto Räsänen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mikola FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paavo Vuori in the 30th minute of play forced Mikola FC's goalkeeper Jimi Sinkkonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Königsberg Knights's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Petteri Laatikainen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 36th minute, Mikola FC's Lauri Ylimäki dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Valto Räsänen made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Petteri Laatikainen sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Lauri Ylimäki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valto Räsänen. That made the score 2-0 in the 42 minute of play. Valto Räsänen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauri Ylimäki in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lauri Ylimäki was the one to do the kick off. Valto Räsänen came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mikola FC's Petteri Laatikainen. But to his dismay, Petteri Laatikainen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 57thth minute of the game Lauri Ylimäki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Königsberg Knights's Valto Räsänen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rami Kultti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valto Räsänen. Königsberg Knights's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Kosti Wallen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Königsberg Knights's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mikola FC the free kick. After 64 played minutes Königsberg Knights got a freekick which was hit by Kosti Wallen. 67 minutes into the game, Paavo Vuori recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jimi Sinkkonen. Paavo Vuori showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. After having played for 71 minutes, Petteri Laatikainen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mikola FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petteri Laatikainen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Rami Kultti sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Königsberg Knights's Valto Räsänen didn't even have to move. Valto Räsänen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akseli Hotakainen in the 75th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Königsberg Knights's zone, Petteri Laatikainen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valto Räsänen came out of the goal and Petteri Laatikainen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Petteri Laatikainen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valto Räsänen having to interfere. If Petteri Laatikainen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teemu Enola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valto Räsänen having to interfere. Mikola FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
