Vilhelm Saastamoinen, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 16 minutes into the game, Armas Lampi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ensio Haapaporras. Armas Lampi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Herman Brunila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Armas Lampi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ensio Haapaporras having to make a save. Aleksis Niskala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arto Raninen having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Taneli Heinikangas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arto Raninen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The supporters of Fc BlueBeam booed when Kiettare FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Markus Viklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fc BlueBeam's Vilhelm Saastamoinen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kiettare FC. Arttu Lumme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 minutes, Vilhelm Saastamoinen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc BlueBeam and the Kiettare FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 39 minutes into the match, Fc BlueBeam's goal looked a bit too open when Taneli Heinikangas came free, but Arto Raninen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Taneli Heinikangas to make the kick off. Taneli Heinikangass short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Arto Raninen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 54 minutes into the match, Kiettare FC's Taneli Heinikangas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arto Raninen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Taneli Heinikangas came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Kiettare FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Taneli Heinikangas couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Taneli Heinikangas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arto Raninen was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Arto Raninen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taneli Heinikangas, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 70th minute Taneli Heinikangas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arto Raninen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rdth minute of the game Taneli Heinikangas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc BlueBeam's Arto Raninen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fc BlueBeam's Arto Raninen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Fc BlueBeam from getting a goal against them. 83 minutes into the game, Arttu Lumme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc BlueBeam's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kiettare FC the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, Fc BlueBeam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arttu Lumme to maneuver through the defense. Taneli Heinikangas spun around in front of the goal 84 minutes in the game and got away a good shot, but Arto Raninen grabbed the ball before it went up in top right corner. When Pentti Hernesniemi fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc BlueBeam's protests and gave Pentti Hernesniemi a yellow card for diving instead. 92 minutes in the game, Taneli Heinikangas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Arto Raninen having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Fc BlueBeam's Herman Brunila got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleksis Niskala got free with Arto Raninen in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aleksis Niskala came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arto Raninen could save by the left post. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
