The supporters of Heimari FC booed when Vilhola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elmo Nyman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimi Ristilä showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesti Pihlajamäki, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Nikodemus Nielikäinen struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Jimi Ristilä didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vilhola. In the 13th minute, Benjamin Hannula hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 14 minutes, Nikodemus Nielikäinen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilhola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nikodemus Nielikäinen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Vilhola's goal looked a bit too open when Aarne Kaven came free, but Jyrki Kopelmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henri Litmanen hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. If Aimo Ikola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesti Pihlajamäki in the 31st minute of play forced Heimari FC's goalkeeper Jimi Ristilä to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesti Pihlajamäki's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Jimi Ristilä skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernesti Pihlajamäki to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Ernesti Pihlajamäki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimi Ristilä saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vilhola's Ernesti Pihlajamäki got a free kick in the 57th minute. Heimari FC's Jimi Ristilä played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesti Pihlajamäki in the 62nd minute of play. Ernesti Pihlajamäki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimi Ristilä having to interfere. Jimi Ristilä stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernesti Pihlajamäki's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Heimari FC's zone, Nikodemus Nielikäinen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimi Ristilä came out of the goal and Nikodemus Nielikäinen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ylermi Grönvall kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Jimi Ristilä took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikko Reponen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Ernesti Pihlajamäki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimi Ristilä saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Vilhola. Nikodemus Nielikäinen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jimi Ristilä. 5-0. Mikko Reponen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimi Ristilä having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aimo Ikola got free with Jyrki Kopelmo in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nikodemus Nielikäinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimi Ristilä having to interfere. Henri Litmanen kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Heimari FC's Aappo Siponen got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes in the game, Ernesti Pihlajamäki dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Elmo Nyman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
