Spectators: 7828 (Terracing: 5872, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 156) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paavo Puhakainen took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Pyry Vainio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute, Aukusti Hiukka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th minute, Aukusti Hiukka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talkkarit Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The audience was convinced that Ernesti Pihlajamäki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valtteri Tuomainen was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Valtteri Tuomainen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesti Pihlajamäki, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 28 minutes of play, Vilhola's Elmo Nyman made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valtteri Tuomainen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute, Nikodemus Nielikäinen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valtteri Tuomainen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Talkkarit Fc's zone, Ernesti Pihlajamäki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valtteri Tuomainen came out of the goal and Ernesti Pihlajamäki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nikodemus Nielikäinen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Valtteri Tuomainen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aatos Wesslin charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aatos Wesslin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vilhola's Aatos Wesslin got a free kick in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesti Pihlajamäki in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valtteri Tuomainen saved Talkkarit Fc from getting behind. 46 minutes into the match, Talkkarit Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Mikko Heinikainen came free, but Valtteri Tuomainen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valtteri Tuomainen came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Vilhola's Ernesti Pihlajamäki. But to his dismay, Ernesti Pihlajamäki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernesti Pihlajamäki made a kick off. Talkkarit Fc's Valtteri Tuomainen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesti Pihlajamäki in the 55th minute of play. Nikodemus Nielikäinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valtteri Tuomainen having to interfere. Valtteri Tuomainen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikko Reponen in the 66th minute. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Ernesti Pihlajamäki put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Valtteri Tuomainen. Jyrki Kopelmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aukusti Hiukka in the 71st minute of the match. Elmo Nyman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valtteri Tuomainen having to make a save. In the 75th minute, Vilhola's Ernesti Pihlajamäki dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Aukusti Hiukka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Vilhola's zone, Paavo Puhakainen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jyrki Kopelmo came out of the goal and Paavo Puhakainen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Ernesti Pihlajamäki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vilhola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Vilhola's Ernesti Pihlajamäki got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute Nikodemus Nielikäinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valtteri Tuomainen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesti Pihlajamäkis short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Valtteri Tuomainen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 94 minutes, Mikko Reponen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilhola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikko Reponen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nikodemus Nielikäinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valtteri Tuomainen having to interfere. When the match was over Vilhola could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Talkkarit Fc throughout the match.
