After 8 minutes, Sulo Kaitainen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Turun RaittiusKerho and the Mankala players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sulo Kaitainen kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Iivari Elovaara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Myllyniemi was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. The supporters of Mankala booed when Turun RaittiusKerho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sulo Kaitainen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Risto Penttilä hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, Risto Penttilä was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mankala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Turun RaittiusKerho the free kick. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juho Saastamoinen made a kick off. If Hemmo Lampi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Onni Hevonkorpi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Myllyniemi having to interfere. Risto Kiprusoff's late challenge caught a Mankala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Risto Kiprusoff helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st minute, Risto Kiprusoff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Myllyniemi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaus Harjula in the 73rd minute of the match. If Hemmo Lampi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nikolai Hentunen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juho Saastamoinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nikolai Hentunen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juho Saastamoinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Hemmo Lampi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolai Hentunen having to interfere. Turun RaittiusKerho's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
