Spectators: 6789 (Terracing: 5005, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 5) Ismo Rimpilä started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pasi Virkkunen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aatu Rahkonen in the 9th minute of play forced Altona FC's goalkeeper Jesse Höök to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Altona FC's Ismo Rimpilä got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Tuorila's zone, Ismo Rimpilä stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keimo Petsamo came out of the goal and Ismo Rimpilä tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Keimo Petsamo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pasi Virkkunen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Altona FC's goalkeeper Jesse Höök, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Kalle Laine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes Tuorila got a freekick which was hit by Iikka Lahtela. A collision led to Tuorila getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Kuisma Kankaanpää hit a great ball. Marko Kesä took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Keimo Petsamo. Tuorila's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jesse Höök was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Aatu Rahkonen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aatu Rahkonen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Pasi Virkkunen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keimo Petsamo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Jesse Höök came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tuorila's Taneli Nutikka. But to his dismay, Taneli Nutikka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aatu Rahkonen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Taneli Nutikka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taneli Nutikka in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesse Höök prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kalle Laine kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. If Taneli Nutikka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Altona FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aatu Rahkonen came free, but Jesse Höök reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taneli Nutikka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jesse Höök tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesse Höök took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taneli Nutikka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Tuorila's Keimo Petsamo got control of the ball when Pasi Virkkunen tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Ismo Rimpilä dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Keimo Petsamo, 2-1. After a rather tough play, Tuorila's Harri Immonen got a free kick in the 94th minute. When Pasi Virkkunen came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Altona FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pasi Virkkunen couldn't finish the play. Altona FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
