Isko Jussila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kari Siren in the 5th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kari Siren couldn't finish the play. Kerkko Numminen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Kaukomaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. FC LeHo's Ilpo Henriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Nedsjö's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Kaukomaa came free, but Kerkko Numminen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marko Kaukomaa in the 33rd minute of play forced Nedsjö's goalkeeper Kerkko Numminen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Kari Siren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isko Jussila. Marko Kaukomaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute Ilpo Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kerkko Numminen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Risto Karhu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Isko Jussila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
