JK JOGA's Janne Kolsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isto Haakana in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Sylvesteri Hotakainen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petteri Niemivirta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, SholaAmeobinTaikalanteet's Petteri Niemivirta got control of the ball when Hannes Metsäranta tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Sylvesteri Hotakainen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petteri Niemivirta was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 18th minute Sylvesteri Hotakainen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petteri Niemivirta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match Otto Peltola sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petteri Niemivirta skillfully saved the ball. In the 37th minute Sylvesteri Hotakainen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petteri Niemivirta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hannes Metsäranta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petteri Niemivirta having to interfere. Petteri Niemivirta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sylvesteri Hotakainen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 40 minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isto Haakana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SholaAmeobinTaikalanteet's goalkeeper Petteri Niemivirta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of JK JOGA booed when SholaAmeobinTaikalanteet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iivari Hakanpää didn't get a good kick on the ball. JK JOGA's Onni Hassinen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 55th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SholaAmeobinTaikalanteet. Petteri Niemivirta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Hakanen's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. JK JOGA's Hannes Metsäranta got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sylvesteri Hotakainen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of SholaAmeobinTaikalanteet booed when JK JOGA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylvesteri Hotakainen didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isto Haakana in the 65th minute of play forced JK JOGA's goalkeeper Janne Kolsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 minutes, Iivari Hakanpää mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SholaAmeobinTaikalanteet and the JK JOGA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iivari Hakanpää kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 72 played minutes, JK JOGA's Onni Hassinen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Petteri Niemivirta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in JK JOGA reached it. A collision led to JK JOGA getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Albert Wallden hit a great ball. Isko Räikkönen kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sylvesteri Hotakainen in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petteri Niemivirta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. JK JOGA had played much better football throughout.
