In the 7th minute, Julius Huttunen fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kullervo Kuusinen, passed just outside the right post. If Patrik Puutio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julius Huttunen in the 10th minute of play forced Keravan Kollit FC's goalkeeper Kullervo Kuusinen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Keravan Kollit FC's goalkeeper Kullervo Kuusinen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julius Huttunen in the 14th minute of play forced Keravan Kollit FC's goalkeeper Kullervo Kuusinen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Keravan Kollit FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eetu Haapaniemi came free, but Kullervo Kuusinen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Imatran palloseura's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Julius Huttunen in the 16th minute. The corner ended in Julius Huttunen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Keravan Kollit FC's Kullervo Kuusinen did a great save. Julius Huttunen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 18th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 20 minutes into the match, Eetu Haapaniemi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Keravan Kollit FC's Kullervo Kuusinen. Kullervo Kuusinen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kullervo Kuusinen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julius Huttunen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kullervo Kuusinen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julius Huttunen in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Keravan Kollit FC's goalkeeper Kullervo Kuusinen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julius Huttunen. In the 34th minute Julius Huttunen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kullervo Kuusinen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Into Kouhi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kullervo Kuusinen having to interfere. Kullervo Kuusinen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toni Veikkanen in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Imatran palloseura's Julius Huttunen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kullervo Kuusinen. Kullervo Kuusinen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 43 minutes into the match, Imatran palloseura's Eetu Haapaniemi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kullervo Kuusinen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Imatran palloseura's Kullervo Kuusinen threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julius Huttunen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Patrik Puutio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Julius Huttunen made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Keravan Kollit FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eetu Haapaniemi came free, but Kullervo Kuusinen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julius Huttunen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kullervo Kuusinen having to interfere. Into Kouhi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keravan Kollit FC's Kullervo Kuusinen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julius Huttunen in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Juhana Karhu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Imatran palloseura's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Keravan Kollit FC the free kick. The supporters of Keravan Kollit FC booed when Imatran palloseura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juhana Karhu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Patrik Puutio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Imatran palloseura fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Julius Huttunen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kullervo Kuusinen having to interfere. Kullervo Kuusinen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Veikkanen, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Julius Huttunen succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. Imatran palloseura's Toni Veikkanen got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute Julius Huttunen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kullervo Kuusinen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eetu Haapaniemi struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Kullervo Kuusinen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imatran palloseura. Into Kouhi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kullervo Kuusinen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eetu Haapaniemi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Keravan Kollit FC defense, Heimo Räikkönen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kullervo Kuusinen. The Keravan Kollit FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kullervo Kuusinen should have stopped the shot. Terho Pyhältö charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Terho Pyhältö the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Keravan Kollit FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Terho Pyhältö hit a great ball. Juhana Karhu struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Kullervo Kuusinen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imatran palloseura.
