Spectators: 7445 (Terracing: 5845, Seating: 1550, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jarmo Toivanen started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Tunderi's Taisto Uotila got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Aatos Masalin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 3rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Pauli Tuokko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aarne Villanen, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Tunderi's Pauli Tuokko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aarne Villanen in the 8th minute of play. Pauli Tuokko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Untamo Turunen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Tunderi's Jawad Sarkhoh got a free kick in the 10th minute. Aarne Villanen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juha-Pekka Multaharju showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarmo Toivanen, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Tuukka Puikkonen took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juha-Pekka Multaharju. Juha-Pekka Multaharju dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Jarmo Toivanen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tunderi's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarmo Toivanen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juha-Pekka Multaharju breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 30 played minutes Tunderi got a freekick which was hit by Toivo Karhunen. When Tunderi's Tuukka Puikkonen in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Ribale's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute, Elias Vikström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pauli Tuokko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aarne Villanen in the 61st minute of the match. After 65 minutes of play, FC Ribale's Aarne Villanen made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pauli Tuokko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juha-Pekka Multaharju made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toivo Karhunen in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Tunderi booed when FC Ribale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aarne Villanen didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Ribale made a substitution. Juha-Pekka Kangaskorpi replaced Aatos Masalin. After 73 played minutes FC Ribale got a freekick which was hit by Untamo Turunen. Toivo Karhunen's late challenge caught a FC Ribale's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toivo Karhunen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tunderi getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Toivo Karhunen hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aarne Villanen in the 77th minute of play forced Tunderi's goalkeeper Pauli Tuokko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Jawad Sarkhoh threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Ribale's Jari Viitala quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Untamo Turunen in the 84th minute of play forced Tunderi's goalkeeper Pauli Tuokko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
