Aarno Airisto charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aarno Airisto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aarno Airisto kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ahti Andersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herkko Virta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahti Andersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jouko Haapamäki fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 300's protests and gave Jouko Haapamäki a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Turku booed when 300 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jouko Haapamäki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severi Lähitie received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal.
