Jesse Lehtimäki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tuira Kings's Jarkko Mikkola suffered a fractured collar bone after 11 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 11 minutes, Miska Piiroinen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JRiikolan Tiimi and the Tuira Kings players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Aimo Hassinen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jesse Lehtimäki was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aimo Hassinen in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jesse Lehtimäki saved Tuira Kings from getting behind. After 25 played minutes, JRiikolan Tiimi's Pyry Reinikainen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jesse Lehtimäki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in JRiikolan Tiimi reached it. Jesse Lehtimäki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aimo Hassinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Juuso Karalahti managed to get in a good position for a shot. JRiikolan Tiimi's supporters rose to their feet, but Juuso Karalahti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesse Lehtimäki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aimo Hassinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesse Lehtimäki having to interfere. Jesse Lehtimäki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aimo Hassinen in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesse Lehtimäki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half JRiikolan Tiimi were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Kokkonen made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Tuira Kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Launo Haapaporras to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, Tuira Kings's goal looked a bit too open when Sami Helkamo came free, but Jesse Lehtimäki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Tuira Kings's goal looked a bit too open when Aimo Hassinen came free, but Jesse Lehtimäki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tuira Kings's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. After 73 played minutes Tuira Kings got a freekick which was hit by Launo Haapaporras. 77 minutes into the match, Aimo Hassinen notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Tuira Kings's Jesse Lehtimäki. Jesse Lehtimäki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Aimo Hassinen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, JRiikolan Tiimi's Aimo Hassinen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesse Lehtimäki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jesse Lehtimäki acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 90th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pyry Reinikainen. The supporters of JRiikolan Tiimi booed when Tuira Kings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mika Seikola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miro Willman missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 95 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Jesse Lehtimäki right hand side. When the match was over JRiikolan Tiimi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tuira Kings throughout the match.
