Spectators: 6100 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) KESKUSTAN HK's Kalevi Saarinen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Valentin Kokkonen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tuira Kings fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Launo Haapaporras in the 11th minute of play forced KESKUSTAN HK's goalkeeper Hannu Ikola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0-2 became the score in the 12th minute when Launo Haapaporras elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jesse Lehtimäki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kalevi Saarinen in the 18th minute of play. Hannu Ikola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Kokkonen in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalevi Saarinen in the 22nd minute of play forced Tuira Kings's goalkeeper Jesse Lehtimäki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Valentin Kokkonen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannu Ikola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Launo Haapaporras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tuira Kings's supporters rose to their feet, but Launo Haapaporras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hannu Ikola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Launo Haapaporras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hannu Ikola having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in KESKUSTAN HK's zone, Valentin Kokkonen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hannu Ikola came out of the goal and Valentin Kokkonen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Valentin Kokkonen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Kokkonen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Hannu Ikola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Launo Haapaporras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hannu Ikola having to interfere. The supporters of Tuira Kings booed when KESKUSTAN HK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yrjänä Väänänen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45thth minute of the game Launo Haapaporras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KESKUSTAN HK's Hannu Ikola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Tuira Kings were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Launo Haapaporras to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Tuira Kings booed when KESKUSTAN HK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrikki Manninen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tuira Kings's Valentin Kokkonen got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jesse Lehtimäki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pauli Penttilä, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pauli Penttilä had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kalevi Saarinen scored 1-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesse Lehtimäki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Tuira Kings's Launo Haapaporras slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hannu Ikola. That made the score 1-3 after 80 minutes of play. Launo Haapaporras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Hannu Ikola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Torsti Voutilainen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hannu Ikola was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lari Kankaanpää. When the match was over Tuira Kings could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KESKUSTAN HK throughout the match.
