After having played for 17 minutes, Hannu Kukkamäki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Nator's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hannu Kukkamäki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hannu Kukkamäki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Elmeri Kaitainen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikhard Tuominen in the 26th minute of play forced FC Nator's goalkeeper Risto Suutarinen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olavi Hagman hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Julius Andersson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Risto Suutarinen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 33 minutes, Konstantin Salminen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Nator and the Kurinmäki IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes FC Nator got a freekick which was hit by Konstantin Salminen. Hannu Kukkamäki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Elmeri Kaitainen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Kurinmäki IFK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Nator were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hannu Kukkamäki was the one to do the kick off. Paavo Ristolainen kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Kurinmäki IFK's Julius Andersson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Risto Suutarinen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Nator's Iikka Laitila got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Kurinmäki IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Hannu Kukkamäki came free, but Elmeri Kaitainen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hannu Kukkamäki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elmeri Kaitainen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. If Julius Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tommi Teräs during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jarkko Tähtinen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 88th minute of the match, Hannu Kukkamäki tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elmeri Kaitainen saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julius Andersson in the 91st minute of play forced FC Nator's goalkeeper Risto Suutarinen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Julius Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kurinmäki IFK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Nator's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Nator.
