Spectators: 6100 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) Kylänlahti's Urmas Kinisjärvi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, one of Kylänlahti:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kaapro Torkkeli had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Jouko Kortelainen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Kristian Hämäläinen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urmas Kinisjärvi in the 13th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Kuokkala got a freekick which was hit by Pauli Hernesniemi. In the 16th minute, Miro Nurmi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kaapro Torkkeli. The goal made the score 1-0. If Petteri Jämsänen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urmas Kinisjärvi in the 23rd minute of play forced Kuokkala's goalkeeper Kristian Hämäläinen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristian Hämäläinen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Urmas Kinisjärvi went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Urmas Kinisjärvi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Petteri Jämsänen came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Kuokkala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petteri Jämsänen couldn't finish the play. Juuso Tervo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute Miro Nurmi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaapro Torkkeli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elmo Jantunen hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Miro Nurmi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The wind increased when Miro Nurmi made the kick off in the second half. Kaapro Torkkeli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petteri Jämsänen went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 54th minute, Tino Hannukainen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urmas Kinisjärvi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaapro Torkkeli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miro Nurmi's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kylänlahti's zone, Miro Nurmi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaapro Torkkeli came out of the goal and Miro Nurmi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Urmas Kinisjärvi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jarkko Puhakainen's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kristian Hämäläinen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kristian Hämäläinen stood somewhat misplaced when Urmas Kinisjärvi came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 85 minute. 90 minutes into the match, Kuokkala's goal looked a bit too open when Urmas Kinisjärvi came free, but Kristian Hämäläinen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
