Spectators: 7526 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 0) Marko Miettinen made the kick off and thus started the match. After 5 played minutes Marko Miettinen rounded Heikkisenniva FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Voitto Lahti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heikkisenniva FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Voitto Lahti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Aho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Voitto Lahti in the 18th minute of play forced vilpura's goalkeeper Aaron Aho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Kustaa Eskelinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Aho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Voitto Lahti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Aaron Aho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Kustaa Eskelinen sped through vilpura's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aaron Aho. 32 minutes into the match, Santeri Hujanen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Aho. vilpura's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santeri Hujanen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Heikkisenniva FC's Voitto Lahti got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Kustaa Eskelinen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Aho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Usko Noponen in the 46th minute of the match. Kustaa Eskelinen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aaron Aho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. The vilpura players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Heikkisenniva FC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kustaa Eskelinen to make the kick off. Aaron Aho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Usko Noponen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 53 minute of play. When Kustaa Eskelinen came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Heikkisenniva FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kustaa Eskelinen couldn't finish the play. Voitto Lahti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Aho having to interfere. Heikkisenniva FC's Alvar Jokela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Miettinen in the 65th minute of play. Santeri Hujanen hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Alvar Jokela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marko Miettinen in the 75th minute of play. Kustaa Eskelinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Aho having to interfere. With a little luck, vilpura's Aaron Aho got control of the ball when Voitto Lahti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kustaa Eskelinen struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Aaron Aho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heikkisenniva FC. Voitto Lahti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute Kustaa Eskelinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Aho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Aho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kustaa Eskelinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Kustaa Eskelinen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Heikkisenniva FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Heikkisenniva FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
