When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kustaa Eskelinen made a kick off. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvar Jokela showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lauri Suominen in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvar Jokela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Lauri Suominen came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Gunners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lauri Suominen couldn't finish the play. 81 minutes into the game, Paavo Järvinen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Heikkisenniva FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gunners the free kick. Lauri Suominen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvar Jokela having to make a save. Santeri Hujanen was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Alvar Jokela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauri Suominen in the 98th minute of the match.
