After having played for 3 minutes, Ilmo Korhonen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kikkihiiri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ilmo Korhonen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kalervo Junnila could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Aaron Aho made a huge save. Aaron Aho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Einari Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osmo Könönen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aaron Aho made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Kalervo Junnila sent off a good shot on target. Kalervo Junnila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aaron Aho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in vilpura's zone, Einari Gustafsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Aho came out of the goal and Einari Gustafsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st match minute, vilpura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marko Miettinen to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute of the match, Kalervo Junnila got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aaron Aho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kalervo Junnila might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aaron Aho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kalervo Junnila ran back to his position shaking his head. Einari Gustafsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kalervo Junnila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Aaron Aho made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Kalervo Junnila sent off a good shot on target. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oskari Järvenperä during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aaron Aho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kalervo Junnila, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 64 minutes into the game, Kikkihiiri's Einari Gustafsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aaron Aho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind vilpura's goalkeeper Aaron Aho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aaron Aho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Einari Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. When Kikkihiiri's Einari Gustafsson in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 76th minute, Ilmo Korhonen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kikkihiiri fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Einari Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Osmo Könönen managed to get in a good position for a shot. vilpura's supporters rose to their feet, but Osmo Könönen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Konttila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. vilpura's Aaron Aho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Einari Gustafsson in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, vilpura's goal looked a bit too open when Kalervo Junnila came free, but Aaron Aho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aaron Aho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einari Gustafsson in the 87th minute of play. Kalervo Junnila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kikkihiiri's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
