Marko Miettinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alpi Pietiläinen having to interfere. Silvo Uusiniemi took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aaron Aho. Aaron Aho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Silvo Uusiniemi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Aho having to interfere. The vilpura players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mennää FC were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Marko Miettinen made the kick off in the second half. Aaron Aho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvo Uusiniemi, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Turo Paatelainen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mika Kiviranta charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
