Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ahto Ylönen made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Leipimaa booed when Jukara IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Savijoki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hemmo Urholin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Henrik Savijoki charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henrik Savijoki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Henrik Savijoki hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 18 minutes of play Jukara IFK's Henrik Savijoki was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 18th minute, Henrik Savijoki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Leipimaa's Sylvesteri Peltomaa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Leipimaa's Juhana Berg in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jukara IFK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 34th minute, Juhana Berg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute Sylvesteri Peltomaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Jokilahti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Jukara IFK's Ali Jokilahti got control of the ball when Sylvesteri Peltomaa tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juhana Berg was the one to do the kick off. Ali Jokilahti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sylvesteri Peltomaa in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Sylvesteri Peltomaa made a precise shot to the right of Ali Jokilahti. Jukara IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When Sylvesteri Peltomaa came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Leipimaa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sylvesteri Peltomaa couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Jukara IFK's Vesa Laitila got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ali Jokilahti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sylvesteri Peltomaa in the 68th minute of the match. Leipimaa's Juhana Berg got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jukara IFK's Ali Jokilahti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylvesteri Peltomaa in the 74th minute of play. Samu Huppunen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Jokilahti having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Jukara IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Juhana Berg came free, but Ali Jokilahti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sylvesteri Peltomaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ali Jokilahti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jukara IFK's zone, Juhana Berg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Jokilahti came out of the goal and Juhana Berg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sylvesteri Peltomaa kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Leipimaa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
