Santtu Koivisto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sulevi Heino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Santtu Koivisto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Tesoma FC booed when Uimaharju was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sulevi Heino didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eelis Saarelainen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arttu Rämö hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santeri Huuhtanen in the 42nd minute of play forced Uimaharju's goalkeeper Pekka Harju to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konstantin Korkeakoski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pekka Harju having to interfere.

52 minutes into the game, Tuukka Rämö was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uimaharju's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tesoma FC the free kick. Tuukka Rämö kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Sulevi Heino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uimaharju's supporters rose to their feet, but Sulevi Heino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santtu Koivisto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santtu Koivisto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eelis Saarelainen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erno Kyrönlahti hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eelis Saarelainen in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santtu Koivisto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Tesoma FC defense, Sulevi Heino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santtu Koivisto. The Tesoma FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santtu Koivisto should have stopped the shot. Konstantin Korkeakoski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. But to his dismay, Topi Eskelinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
