Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 10) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Valentin Sjöberg made the kick off which started today's match. Guido Rosio scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Heikki Kaltiainen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 7 minutes into the match, Eerik Wallen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jussi Heinikainen. Haaga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eerik Wallen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Pispala IFK's zone, Guido Rosio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heikki Kaltiainen came out of the goal and Guido Rosio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heikki Kaltiainen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julius Timmonen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jussi Heinikainen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eerik Wallen in the 25th minute of play. Eerik Wallen took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jussi Heinikainen. Jussi Heinikainen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eerik Wallen in the 32nd minute of play forced Haaga's goalkeeper Jussi Heinikainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Haaga's Julius Timmonen got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After 33 minutes, Esa Innanen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haaga and the Pispala IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Esa Innanen hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paavo Kaikkonen in the 46th minute of play forced Haaga's goalkeeper Jussi Heinikainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arho Kosonen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jussi Heinikainen having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Pispala IFK's Heikki Kaltiainen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Sjöberg in the 55th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julius Timmonen during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pispala IFK's Paavo Kaikkonen got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Pispala IFK's Paavo Kaikkonen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jussi Heinikainen. That made the score 4-3 after 96 minutes of play. Eerik Wallen charged in rather forcefully in the 98th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eerik Wallen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 99 played minutes Pispala IFK got a freekick which was hit by Eerik Wallen. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pispala IFK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Haaga.
