Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 66) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Voitto Harjula took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute of the game, Voitto Harjula landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 5 minutes into the game, Aleksanteri Jämsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atleti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Möykkysenjoki the free kick. The supporters of Möykkysenjoki booed when Atleti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleksanteri Jämsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atleti's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Patrick Myllykoski was slow to take the kick. During this time Möykkysenjoki's players had a chance to rest. Teuvo Voutilainen charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teuvo Voutilainen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Atleti's Teuvo Voutilainen got a free kick in the 11th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Nuutti Latvala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Möykkysenjoki's supporters rose to their feet, but Nuutti Latvala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nikodemus Hujanen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roni Metsäranta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valdemar Ramstadius scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrik Vehanen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aarre Lähteenmäki got free with Nikodemus Hujanen in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Atleti getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Teuvo Voutilainen hit a great ball. Aarre Lähteenmäki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Atleti were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valdemar Ramstadius to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Möykkysenjoki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einari Luotonen to maneuver through the defense. Sami Kinnunen took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrik Vehanen. Henrik Vehanen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Aarre Lähteenmäki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Nikodemus Hujanen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Möykkysenjoki's Nuutti Latvala got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Möykkysenjoki's Henrik Vehanen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Möykkysenjoki from getting a goal against them. Henrik Vehanen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vesa Kuparinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nikodemus Hujanen came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Möykkysenjoki's Nuutti Latvala. But to his dismay, Nuutti Latvala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.
