Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Ramstadius in the 8th minute of play forced Super Antar's goalkeeper Jyri Ikonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jyri Ikonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sami Kinnunen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santeri Hakanpää charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santeri Hakanpää the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Sami Kinnunen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atleti's supporters rose to their feet, but Sami Kinnunen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jyri Ikonen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Santeri Hakanpää was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 20 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Super Antar's Santeri Hakanpää got a free kick in the 21st minute. Jyri Ikonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sami Kinnunen in the 22nd minute of play. Sami Kinnunen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jyri Ikonen having to make a save. A collision led to Super Antar getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Pertti Heikkinen hit a great ball. After 28 played minutes, Atleti's Aleksanteri Jämsen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jyri Ikonen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atleti reached it. Sami Kinnunen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jyri Ikonen having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Risto Elo during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 33 played minutes Super Antar got a freekick which was hit by Risto Elo. In the 37th minute Valdemar Ramstadius suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 37 minutes, Pertti Heikkinen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Super Antar and the Atleti players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Atleti's Leif Normio got a free kick in the 39th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pertti Heikkinen got free with Nikodemus Hujanen in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mikko Viljamaa made a kick off. Vesa Kuparinen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jyri Ikonen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pertti Heikkinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mikko Viljamaa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Tarvo Elo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Super Antar's Mikko Viljamaa got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Mikko Viljamaa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nikodemus Hujanen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reko Väisänen in the 83rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Mikko Viljamaa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Super Antar's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikko Viljamaa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nikodemus Hujanen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Risto Elo struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Nikodemus Hujanen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Super Antar. When the final whistle went the supporters of Atleti were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Super Antar side.
