Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Pertti Heikkinen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Esa Alin was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pertti Heikkinen in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esa Alin saved EBK from getting behind. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind EBK's goalkeeper Esa Alin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. EBK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Pertti Heikkinen scored to the left of an out of position Esa Alin, making the score, 0-2. In the 77th minute, Pertti Heikkinen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Hemminki Mantila fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Super Antar's protests and gave Hemminki Mantila a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Super Antar's Hemminki Mantila got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Pertti Heikkinen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pertti Heikkinen might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Esa Alin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pertti Heikkinen ran back to his position shaking his head. If Mikko Viljamaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Super Antar could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than EBK throughout the match.
