Jesse Hautaoja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jukka Hedberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimo Viinanen in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaakko Nyman saved Vetokannaksen Veli-Kullat from getting behind. Kimmo Rämö took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jesse Hautaoja. Lähemäen Dynamo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Tauno Kotilahti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Iiro Eskelinen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Lähemäen Dynamo's Sipi Kautonen got a free kick in the 84th minute. Jesse Hautaoja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jukka Hedberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Iiro Eskelinen charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iiro Eskelinen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Lähemäen Dynamo got a freekick which was hit by Iiro Eskelinen. Jaakko Nyman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimo Viinanen in the 93rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Raimo Viinanen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaakko Nyman was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lähemäen Dynamo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
