Spectators: 7783 (Terracing: 5838, Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 155) FC Bardridlan C.F's Tomi Rahikainen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jari Kemppainen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aleksis Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomi Rahikainen in the 14th minute of play. FC Bardridlan C.F's Kaarlo Loikala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panu Rajamäki in the 18th minute of play. Panu Rajamäki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Kaarlo Loikala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Amöba getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Taavetti Latvanen hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomi Rahikainen in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aleksis Andersson saved FC Amöba from getting behind. If Panu Rajamäki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kaarlo Loikala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panu Rajamäki, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Eerik Blom hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bardridlan C.F's goalkeeper Kaarlo Loikala, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aleksis Andersson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jari Kemppainen's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the match, FC Amöba's goal looked a bit too open when Tomi Rahikainen came free, but Aleksis Andersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lauri Peuhkuri charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lauri Peuhkuri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lauri Peuhkuri kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomi Rahikainen in the 38th minute of play forced FC Amöba's goalkeeper Aleksis Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aleksis Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jari Kemppainen in the 40th minute of the match. Petri Rantala's late challenge caught a FC Bardridlan C.F's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Petri Rantala helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st minute, Petri Rantala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tomi Rahikainen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, FC Amöba's goal looked a bit too open when Jari Kemppainen came free, but Aleksis Andersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Panu Rajamäki made the kick off in the second half. Petri Rantala got his second yellow card in the match during the 54th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Petri Rantala kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. With his leg Aleksis Andersson managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when FC Bardridlan C.F's Jari Kemppainen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 63rd minute Tomi Rahikainen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksis Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jari Kemppainen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Aleksis Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Lauri Peuhkuri was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. Lauri Peuhkuri kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Tomi Rahikainen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute, FC Bardridlan C.F's Tomi Rahikainen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Panu Rajamäki during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Bardridlan C.F booed when FC Amöba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panu Rajamäki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Jari Kemppainen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aleksis Andersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The FC Amöba fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Bardridlan C.F were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
