The supporters of FC Amöba booed when FC Minos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikael Lähitie didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Verneri Rimpilä made the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. Aapeli Lundell scored 1-4 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aleksis Andersson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Minos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
