Spectators: 7120 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 120) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Friedbert Bähner was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Viksgård booed when Tampere Sharks FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reijo Manneroos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Kalervo Lehtonen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viksgård's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kalervo Lehtonen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Keijo Markkula in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tero Niemi saved Tampere Sharks FC from getting behind. Friedbert Bähner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ossi Levokari, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Keijo Markkula in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tero Niemi saved Tampere Sharks FC from getting behind. Viksgård were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Tampere Sharks FC to leave the ground with a draw.
