Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Urpo Pirjetä kicked off to start the match. Kaleva Hiltunen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Keijo Kärkkäinen in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute Iivari Masalin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaleva Hiltunen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iivari Masalin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Kaleva Hiltunen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 played minutes FC Opetuslapset got a freekick which was hit by Pertti Etula. Iivari Masalin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaleva Hiltunen having to interfere. Urpo Pirjetä received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Hannes Ihanamäki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaleva Hiltunen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iivari Masalin in the 14th minute of play. Nikolai Kalto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rikhard Lepistö kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After 19 minutes of play, Ralböle's Iivari Masalin made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kaleva Hiltunen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute Iivari Masalin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaleva Hiltunen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iivari Masalin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaleva Hiltunen having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saku Lehtonen during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Opetuslapset's Saku Lehtonen got a free kick in the 27th minute. Onni Elo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Urpo Pirjetä had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hannes Ihanamäki. Ralböle's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urpo Pirjetä was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The audience was convinced that Iivari Masalin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kaleva Hiltunen was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Hannes Ihanamäki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urpo Pirjetä in the 42nd minute of play. Urpo Pirjetä struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Hannes Ihanamäki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Opetuslapset. Keijo Kärkkäinens short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Kaleva Hiltunen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Iivari Masalin made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Ralböle's Iivari Masalin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kaleva Hiltunen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Iivari Masalin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Keijo Kärkkäinen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The attack was good, but when Iivari Masalin in the 66th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Urpo Pirjetä fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hannes Ihanamäki having to interfere. Keijo Kärkkäinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
