Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mauno Miettinen started the match with the kick off. Aleksis Törmänen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Topias Kokkonen went, in the 2nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Aleksis Törmänen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Topias Kokkonen, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Isokadytö IFK's Kauno Ruohiainen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aleksis Törmänen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Isokadytö IFK's Otto Miettinen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Isokadytö IFK from getting a goal against them. When Isokadytö IFK's Kauno Ruohiainen in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Munkkala FC's goalie prevented a goal. Maunu Söderström had several of the Isokadytö IFK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 20 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Otto Miettinen as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 23 played minutes Munkkala FC got a freekick which was hit by Heikki Piispa. In the 24th minute Vili Rajamäki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksis Törmänen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes Isokadytö IFK got a freekick which was hit by Vili Rajamäki. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tero Sjögren got free with Otto Miettinen in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ari Manneroos hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Vili Rajamäki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Aleksis Törmänen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otto Miettinen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauno Miettinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Isokadytö IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Mauno Miettinen came free, but Otto Miettinen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herman Pyörälä sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsi Kalliokoski scored 1-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aleksis Törmänen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Isokadytö IFK's Otto Miettinen got control of the ball when Maunu Söderström tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kauno Ruohiainen to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rikhard Loukonen during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Munkkala FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Isokadytö IFK:s goal. In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Isokadytö IFK. Kauno Ruohiainen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aleksis Törmänen. 1-4. Aleksis Törmänen stood somewhat misplaced when Kauno Ruohiainen came free in front of goal and shot 1-5 to the left of him in the 58 minute. Unto Murto struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Aleksis Törmänen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Isokadytö IFK. The supporters of Isokadytö IFK booed when Munkkala FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tero Sjögren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armas Sammalkangas struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Aleksis Törmänen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Isokadytö IFK. After a defensive mix-up in Munkkala FC's zone, Kauno Ruohiainen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aleksis Törmänen came out of the goal and Kauno Ruohiainen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Otto Miettinen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauno Miettinen in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Kauno Ruohiainen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksis Törmänen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Rikhard Loukonen made a precise shot to the right of Otto Miettinen. Isokadytö IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Otto Miettinen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikhard Loukonen in the 80th minute of play. Kauno Ruohiainen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aleksis Törmänen having to make a save. Topias Kokkonen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksis Törmänen having to interfere. Munkkala FC's Aleksis Törmänen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vili Rajamäki in the 86th minute of play. Maunu Söderström charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maunu Söderström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th match minute, Munkkala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maunu Söderström to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the match, Munkkala FC's goalkeeper Aleksis Törmänen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kauno Ruohiainen. After some careless play in the Isokadytö IFK defense, Maunu Söderström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Otto Miettinen. The Isokadytö IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Otto Miettinen should have stopped the shot. In the 96th minute, Mauno Miettinen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Otto Miettinen was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-5. The Munkkala FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Isokadytö IFK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
