Teijo Kosonen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismo Häppölä's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. If Reijo Laukkanen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roni Hulkkonen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rikhard Laine in the 22nd minute of the match. Teuvo Kiviranta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Tetomdsf's goal looked a bit too open when Mikko Tuulola came free, but Teijo Kosonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roni Hulkkonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauno Viljanen in the 35th minute of play. Mikko Tuulola kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. If Kauno Viljanen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Lappohja FCa booed when Tetomdsf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Riku Kolsi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvo Halminen hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The Lappohja FCa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tetomdsf were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rikhard Laine to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Lappohja FCa got a freekick which was hit by Teuvo Kiviranta. Roni Koivuranta kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Kauno Viljanen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roni Hulkkonen having to interfere. Teijo Kosonen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teuvo Kiviranta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Mikko Tuulola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teijo Kosonen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Keimo Jokiranta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, one of Lappohja FCa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lappohja FCa. In the 84th minute there was a penalty for Tetomdsf. Rikhard Laine stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roni Hulkkonen. 0-2. 98 minutes into the game, Roni Koivuranta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lappohja FCa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tetomdsf the free kick. Roni Koivuranta kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. Tetomdsf's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
