The audience was convinced that Voitto Vatanen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jami Karjala was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Kattilainen FC's Voitto Vatanen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jami Karjala. Jami Karjala yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Koskelankylä IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Baur came free, but Jami Karjala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orvo Kiuru hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Voitto Vatanen notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Koskelankylä IFK's Jami Karjala. After taking down the ball on Kattilainen FC's corner Miko Forss fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jami Karjala quite easily take care of the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hannu Palo to make the kick off. Miko Forss charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miko Forss the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kattilainen FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Miko Forss hit a great ball. After 54 minutes, Voitto Vatanen made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Koskelankylä IFK's Jami Karjala tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 60 minutes of play, Kattilainen FC's Miko Forss made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jami Karjala was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd minute, Miko Forss left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kattilainen FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. In the 69th minute Voitto Vatanen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jami Karjala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
