Roni Kivimäki started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roni Kivimäki in the 3rd minute of play forced FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Johannes Vatanen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd minute, Akseli Kuki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saul Rimpiläinen in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keimo Kananen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Johannes Vatanen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roni Kivimäki, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Päiviö Koponen's late challenge caught a FC Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Päiviö Koponen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, Päiviö Koponen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kylmälä's Joel Paaso got a free kick in the 19th minute. Saul Rimpiläinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keimo Kananen having to interfere. FC Barcelona's Johannes Vatanen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roni Kivimäki in the 24th minute of play. When Stefan Fogel fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Barcelona's protests and gave Stefan Fogel a yellow card for diving instead. Galip Batıhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Keimo Kananen made a huge save. Saul Rimpiläinen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Saul Rimpiläinen lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Keimo Kananen. FC Barcelona's Johannes Vatanen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roni Kivimäki in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Galip Batıhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Keimo Kananen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Päiviö Koponen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Johannes Vatanen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's Galip Batıhan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Keimo Kananen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roni Kivimäki in the 63rd minute of play forced FC Barcelona's goalkeeper Johannes Vatanen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC Barcelona's Johannes Vatanen got control of the ball when Päiviö Koponen tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Roni Kivimäki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Johannes Vatanen. Roni Kivimäki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Roni Kivimäki was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Kylmälä's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Kylmälä's Roni Kivimäki in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Barcelona's goalie prevented a goal. Päiviö Koponen took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johannes Vatanen. Johannes Vatanen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. FC Barcelona's Johannes Vatanen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Päiviö Koponen in the 89th minute of play. Päiviö Koponen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 91st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 94th match minute, Kylmälä was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Repo to maneuver through the defense. Keimo Kananen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Galip Batıhan in the 96th minute of play. The FC Barcelona fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kylmälä were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
