PR Merkkausvirhe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uleåsalö the free kick. Jyri Etula hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the match Kauko Pynnönen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Akseli Sulku skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cláudio Lopez in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akseli Sulku prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Akseli Sulku showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cláudio Lopez in the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to PR Merkkausvirhe getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Miro Uotila hit a great ball. Uleåsalö's Urpo Alin got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Akseli Sulku showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urpo Alin, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Heikki Kilponen hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Urpo Alin put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Akseli Sulku. Urpo Alin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Akseli Sulku tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, PR Merkkausvirhe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miro Uotila to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, PR Merkkausvirhe's Jyri Etula got a free kick in the 96th minute. Uleåsalö played a much better game than PR Merkkausvirhe and deserved their victory. The PR Merkkausvirhe players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
