Guillermo Beila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isko Peltomaa in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Los Vikingos dicen Adios getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Tatu Lydman hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Teppo Jokilahti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guillermo Beila. FC KANKKU's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teppo Jokilahti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 20 played minutes FC KANKKU got a freekick which was hit by Taco Vennegoor. The audience was convinced that Janne Harjula's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guillermo Beila was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. After having played for 24 minutes, Adriano Perna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC KANKKU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriano Perna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Los Vikingos dicen Adios defense, Adriano Perna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lasse Ruohiainen. The Los Vikingos dicen Adios fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lasse Ruohiainen should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Adriano Perna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC KANKKU's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Vikingos dicen Adios the free kick. Los Vikingos dicen Adios's Lasse Ruohiainen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Marchefka in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC KANKKU's Orvar Olsson got a free kick in the 35th minute. Janne Harjula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Guillermo Beila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the game, Bogdan Marchefka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Lasse Ruohiainen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Janne Harjula was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Adriano Perna managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC KANKKU's supporters rose to their feet, but Adriano Perna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lasse Ruohiainen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bogdan Marchefka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 53 minutes, Taco Vennegoor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC KANKKU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Taco Vennegoor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Los Vikingos dicen Adios's Janne Vahalahti got a free kick in the 54th minute. Lasse Ruohiainen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Perna in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Adriano Perna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lasse Ruohiainen was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. If Adriano Perna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Janne Harjula in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillermo Beila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th match minute, FC KANKKU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Marchefka to maneuver through the defense. If Taco Vennegoor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Los Vikingos dicen Adios's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Perna came free, but Lasse Ruohiainen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Los Vikingos dicen Adios's zone, Taco Vennegoor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lasse Ruohiainen came out of the goal and Taco Vennegoor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute Adriano Perna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lasse Ruohiainen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bogdan Marchefka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adriano Perna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Lasse Ruohiainen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, FC KANKKU's Ubbo Fabanyo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lasse Ruohiainen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Lasse Ruohiainen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orvar Olsson in the 88th minute of play. Bogdan Marchefka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Iiro Heinikallio came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the FC KANKKU fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iiro Heinikallio couldn't finish the play. Janne Vahalahti charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janne Vahalahti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC KANKKU booed when Los Vikingos dicen Adios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janne Vahalahti didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, Adriano Perna made a precise shot to the right of Lasse Ruohiainen. Los Vikingos dicen Adios's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. When the referee ended the match the FC KANKKU players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
