But to his dismay, Manfred Tunander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 16 minutes into the game, Stoil Krulev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Svartböle FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suonenvaara the free kick. After a rather tough play, Svartböle FC's Stoil Krulev got a free kick in the 16th minute. Jeremias Marquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jyri Rintala's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. A collision led to Svartböle FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Aukusti Seikola hit a great ball. When Suonenvaara's Kari Snellman in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Svartböle FC's goalie prevented a goal. Kari Snellman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Iiro Santahuhta made a huge save. Manfred Tunander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Marquez having to interfere. Iiro Santahuhta acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Wayne Rooney. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manfred Tunander made a kick off. Jeremias Marquez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Manfred Tunander showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 52 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Suonenvaara's zone, Jyri Rintala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Marquez came out of the goal and Jyri Rintala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Suonenvaara booed when Svartböle FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo José Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manfred Tunander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremias Marquez having to make a save. Jeremias Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfred Tunander in the 64th minute of the match.
