Kerkko Kallioniemis short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Mateusz Jajesniak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kerkko Kallioniemi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Mateusz Jajesniak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Huuhmarisvaara FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Samuel Vapaniemi in the 11th minute. Vili Piekkanen was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Mateusz Jajesniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saku Paaso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mateusz Jajesniak came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Huuhmarisvaara FC's Saku Paaso. But to his dismay, Saku Paaso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Huuhmarisvaara FC's Jonni Nitti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruud van Nistelrooij in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Huuhmarisvaara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruud van Nistelrooij came free, but Jonni Nitti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Timo Turpeinen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonni Nitti was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Kerkko Kallioniemi struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Mateusz Jajesniak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huuhmarisvaara FC. Jonni Nitti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veeti Mäkinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Saku Paaso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 40 in the game by Kerkko Kallioniemi from a close distance when the talented Mateusz Jajesniak managed to make a qualified save. Toukola's players were relieved. Jonni Nitti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kuisma Lundell went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kuisma Lundell was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Huuhmarisvaara FC booed when Toukola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aarre Kuusela didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kerkko Kallioniemi in the 54th minute of play forced Toukola's goalkeeper Mateusz Jajesniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kerkko Kallioniemi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Mateusz Jajesniak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kerkko Kallioniemi scored 2-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mateusz Jajesniak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mateusz Jajesniak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kerkko Kallioniemi's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kerkko Kallioniemi in the 70th minute of play forced Toukola's goalkeeper Mateusz Jajesniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kuisma Lundell got free with Jonni Nitti in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vili Piekkanen took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateusz Jajesniak. Mateusz Jajesniak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Mateusz Jajesniak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saku Paaso went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Jonni Nitti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timo Turpeinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saku Paaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Vapaniemi during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Huuhmarisvaara FC! Huuhmarisvaara FC:s Jonni Nitti showed great skill when he stopped Kuisma Lundell:s penalty. For all the effort they put into the match, the Toukola players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Huuhmarisvaara FC.
