Daniel Luusua was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Karhulan Veikot's zone, Romelu Lukaku stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Luusua came out of the goal and Romelu Lukaku tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Romelu Lukaku had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Romelu Lukaku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Romelu Lukaku put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Daniel Luusua. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romelu Lukaku got free with Daniel Luusua in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yrjänä Vihtilä kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Romelu Lukaku kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Daniel Luusua. That made the score 6-0 in the 37 minute of play. Heino Helkamo made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Karhulan Veikot's Turo Raninen. 43 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's Daddy Seppo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yan Chong Sen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ali Ruohiainen kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

Daniel Luusua stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romelu Lukaku's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. When the referee ended the match the Palloketut players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
